In acquiring SP Dataserve, the commercial metering and data services arm of ScottishPower, we've strengthened our Scottish presence and expanded our technical expertise. IMSERV Scotland will expand our commercial metering capabilities and bring highly skilled teams into the IMSERV fold. Our team in Scotland is the same as it has always been. Customers will have the same point of contact and experience the same great service, just with greater support and investment from IMSERV.

Over the coming months, we’re integrating the SP Dataserve team and customers into IMSERV Scotland. We will also bring both teams together to provide wider and deeper services to both our new and our existing customers. This is about building a stronger, broader business, not changing what already works. Our investment in Scotland will bring a wealth of experience in services such as sub-metering, best in class operations and a highly trained technical field team. On top of this we have been developing a leading data platform which will give SP Dataserve customers greater visibility of their data. Our new offices in East Kilbride will become a hub for IMSERV Scotland – a place for our team and customers to connect.
