“I started as a SVA (Site Visit Agent) in Oct 2021 through an agency. In Dec 2021 I stepped into a coaching role looking after 19 SVAs. From there my role evolved into Team Leadership and i've since taken on roles as a Fault Tech and worked alongside the Alt HAN Project. I've crossed many bridges with IMSERV and i've seen us develop from strength to strength. I hope to keep going on my journey with IMSERV.”
