IMServ, the UK’s meter data management experts, are pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Moran to the role of Chief Operations Officer. Lisa has been working with the company as an interim since May and has now taken on the role on a permanent basis.

Lisa joins IMServ from BFY Group, one of the fastest growing consultancies recognised for leading and delivering exceptional results for clients across the energy industry and following a stellar career creating operational excellence. Responsible for successfully delivering business critical transformation projects for the likes of British Gas, nPower, Thames Water and the Smart DCC, her experience will be invaluable as the wider industry prepares for the requirements of Market Wide Half Hourly Settlement and the innovations needed to deliver on Net Zero targets.

Steve Brown, IMServ CEO, says; “We’re genuinely excited to have Lisa join our team as our business goes through a period of transformation. IMServ has incredibly exciting plans for the future, but at our core, as for the last 30 years, delivering a best-in-class customer experience is a non-negotiable. As we look to support our customers through the transition to MHHS, and the innovations that will follow, having someone like Lisa on board really makes a difference.”

Lisa said; “I’ve spent the last 30 years working across the utilities sector, helping businesses deliver operational success through periods of transition. Joining IMServ at such a critical juncture for the whole industry is a great opportunity – I’m really looking forward to what the business achieves and the innovations we can enable over the next few years”
