IMSERV and EXL partner to take on the London Marathon 2026 for Brain Research UK!

Partnerships turn challenges into opportunities and opportunities into real results. 

We’re collaborating with our partner EXL to take on the London Marathon 2026, all to raise money for a great cause; Brain Research UK. A UK based charity with the goal of driving the best science to achieve the greatest impact for people affected by neurological conditions. Helping people affected live longer, better lives.  

Why? Because this is a cause close to our hearts with neurological conditions affecting many people across the world. Every 90 seconds someone is admitted to hospital with a brain injury and 2.6 million people are living with the effects of traumatic brain injury or stroke. Helping fund this research drives real change. 

Our participants are;
