Finding the right partner
Fraser explained, “ECA has worked alongside IMServ, predominantly for half hourly data collection services, and since then we have started to work with them with non-half hourly Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) and gas AMR.
“One of the key reasons why we chose IMServ is the contact systems it has in place, including the account and sales management. IMServ is a strong company and when issues do arise, it resolves the problem quickly,” explains Fraser.
IMServ works closely with many FTSE 250 organisations and companies within the commercial and industrial sectors, advising on effective energy management solutions. The company offers a range of monitoring, visualisation and control services that allow businesses to gain greater insight into their water and electricity usage.
