Steve Brown
Chief Executive Officer
Our Managing Director since 2005, Steve has worked in a variety of board-level positions within the company, including as Finance Director for Europe. Prior to IMServ, Steve worked in Corporate Finance in the travel sector and qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte.
Paul Akrill
Chief Operating Officer
Paul is responsible for our overall operational delivery and engagement with industry programmes. Paul has worked with us for over 20 years, in a variety of roles, across a wide range of projects and activities.
Justin Vroone
Chief Commercial Officer
Justin has been working for IMServ for over 21 years, and is responsible for leading the Commercial directorate, achieving the strategic growth objectives of the business.
Raj Bhogaita
Chief Financial Officer
Raj brings over 30 years of relevant financial experience gained across various roles, including CFO and strategic finance roles, with listed and private equity-backed company experience.
Tricia Grace
Legal & Insurance Director
Tricia heads up our Legal department, managing the delivery of legal support for the business in connection with contracts, corporate/company secretarial, data protection, disputes, employment, IP and regulatory matters. She is also responsible for managing our insurance portfolio. She has been with IMServ since 2019.
Louise Wheatman
Finance Director
Louise Wheatman has been working for IMServ for 15 years, serving over 4 years as Commercial Finance Manager before moving into her current role as Finance Director.
Alan Doody
Metering Services Director
Alan is responsible for all our end to end metering activities across office and field to ensure we meet customer and commercial expectations.
Robert Johnston
Data Services Director
Robert has an extensive energy background with over 20 years of experience in different sectors in a variety of senior managerial roles within industry-leading companies. He is responsible for all IMServ data service activities across the business, supporting our clients in utilising the power of data to meet their commercial objectives.
Lynne Smith
HR Director
Lynne joined the team in May 2022 and is responsible for driving the people strategy and managing our People team of HR, L&D, Reward and Talent Acquisition professionals.
Harvey Durrant
IT Director
Harvey joined IMServ in June 2022 as IT Director, after previously leading an IT Department and Digital Transformation programme for 8 years. Harvey brings 30+ years of IT experience within both public & private sectors, including design & delivery of global banking solutions and ownership technology portfolios within UK Policing.

Operations Director
Lorraine is responsible for our operational activities and the management of 250+ staff, including delivery teams in both the office and the field. Lorraine has worked with us for 9 years, in a variety of operational management roles.

IT Director
Craig Montano joined IMServ as IT Director in April 2019, and is responsible for digital transformation, technology strategy and services, and business change, across the organisation.
