Jo Cox, CEO at IMServ, said “As we enter a really exciting period of growth for IMServ, having the right leadership is of vital importance. Emma’s laser sharp focus on innovation and customer excellence will be instrumental in shaping our future, while Michael’s deep understanding of utilities metering will ensure our expert field services team continue to deliver best in class services across our complex, niche and specialist metering set ups. I am thrilled to have them on board as we grow.”
With these key appointments and the continued support of private equity partner BlueWater, IMServ continues to strengthen its leadership and adaptability as it scales up to meet the evolving needs of the energy sector.
About IMServ
At IMServ, we sit at the centre of the GB Meter Data infrastructure, supported by our private equity partners Bluewater. We have been delivering Meter Operator and Data Collector services for over 30 years – responsible for ensuring that suppliers and businesses are billed and settled timely and accurately. Looking to the new world of MHHS, we’re incredibly excited about the data opportunities enabled by more accurate and frequent settlement – and are identifying new ways that the data we manage can be used to help suppliers create new products and services, reduce cost to serve, and businesses reduce and better manage their energy consumption.
As we look to the future, we’re building an ecosystem of technology and partners who seek greater access to data to create new ways of servicing their customers, as well as creating innovative new business models that solve some of the key challenges in the drive to a sustainable future.
