In light of the challenges we are all facing in these unprecedented times, we would like to send our thoughts, support and best wishes to our customers. The wellbeing and interests of our customers, employees and community is at the centre of everything we do, and this is particularly important during the challenging, evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
Over the last couple of weeks, IMServ, in-line with Government and expert guidance, has taken the necessary measures to transition our office-based team to a remote working environment, with the aim of continuing to fully support our customers and minimise any interruption to your services during this difficult time. With this in mind, our Milton Keynes office is temporarily closed for the foreseeable future, in-line with Government advice. Regardless of this, our data collection and data processing services are operating at full capability, continuing to support our customers’ requirements for energy management, billing and settlement data requirements.
Due to the utmost importance of the safety of both our customers and our employees, we have also made the decision to stand down all non-essential fieldwork, as of Friday 27th March. Our national based Field Technicians will now only conduct emergency work, and our meter reading staff will no longer be active.
We are continuously monitoring the situation and our customers’ needs, and have implemented our COVID-19 processes across the business. We are following all necessary precautions set out by the Government and introducing measures of our own, to ensure we can continue to provide an industry-leading standard of service, where possible. Our robust IT infrastructure ensures that we can continue to complete emergency works with minimal risk, and remain connected with all our staff.
