We have been shortlisted for the Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards.

We have qualified for stage 2 of the awards in the ‘Customer Service’ and ‘Design & Creativity’ categories. Aligned with MKBAA’s vision for a healthier city, We help enable our customers to make intelligent use of their energy, bringing environmental and financial health to businesses.

We recently teamed up with United Living and Pozitive Energy to deliver the UK’s first SMETS2 Smart Metering connections to 139 new apartments in Milton Keynes. The residential development, which supports the wider social regeneration strategy in Milton Keynes, adds 139 high-specification apartments to the area. This not only enhances the residential market, but also benefits the local community, with the addition of two retail units on the ground floor, as well as landscaped gardens and communal areas.

This installation is one of many innovative solutions we are bringing to Milton Keynes.

Businesses are feeling increasing pressure to become more sustainable, which can be overwhelming. To enable businesses to take control of their energy management and achieve their sustainability goals, IMServ have developed an energy management smartphone application. The app provides organisations with energy data from SMETS2 smart meters, enabling them to instantly see how their business uses energy.
