The Institute of Customer Service (ICS), the UK’s leading independent, professional membership body for customer service,has awarded IMServ with its prestigious ServiceMark accreditation.

IMServ’s on-going commitment to outstanding customer care is recognised through prestigious customer service accreditation

25 September 2013,Milton Keynes, UK: TheInstitute of Customer Service (ICS), the UK’s leading independent, professional membership body for customer service,has awarded IMServ with its prestigious ServiceMark accreditation.

Valid for a period of three years, the award followed three rigorous stages of evaluation: employee satisfaction and engagement survey; customer satisfaction survey; and an independent assessment by a third party, all to ascertain whether IMServ was able to meet the appropriate levels of service required.

Richard Hill, Head of Customer Services at IMServ, one of the UK’s largest independent energy data management provider explains: “This accreditation recognises the on-going commitment to understand our customers’ needs and to continuously improve the service we provide. I’m delighted that all the hard work from the IMServ team to deliver outstanding customer service on a daily basis has paid off.”

The award has enabled IMServ, who work closely with many FTSE 250 organisations and companies within the commercial and industrial sectors, to further differentiate itself from the competition by proving it is working to high levels of customer service.

Steve Brown, Managing Director said: “I’m really proud that the team has been successful in achieving the ICS ServiceMark accreditation. It’s about getting the strategies, the culture, the people and the processes right. The results are a validation from our staff and customers that our improvements and investments are making a positive difference to our service delivery.”
